Long Term Care Nursing & Rehab

We are a 58 bed Intermediate Care Facility designed to provide health-related care and services to those who, because of their physical and mental conditions, are unable to manage at home without assistance.  We offer both private and semi-private rooms for male and female residents.            

                                                                                                    

Services provided include:

• LPN or RN on duty 24 hours a day to administrator all medications and treatments.
• Certified Nursing Assistants every shift to provide personal care.
• Physician and Pharmacy services available.
• Variety of activities, including movies, crafts, bingo, outings and various entertainment.
• Social Services available to residents and families.
• Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy are available as needed.
• Medical Specialty outpatient clinics available including Orthopedics, Cardiologists, Podiatrist and several more.
